1. Swap Blended Coffee Drinks with Plain Iced Coffee

Citrus fruits contain prsoralens, which make your skin more sensitive to UV rays and have been linked to an increased risk of melanoma. Watermelons are full of Vitamin C (just like citrus fruits) which helps rejuvenate skin, but they do not contain any psoralens.
